Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well. Spring fever is setting in for most people(definitely for me!), and I can't wait for temperatures to finally rise above the 70s again! Without further ado, let's get started!
This is me, at my local secretary of state branch office this month, telling people about the organ donor registry!
The Gift of Life Michigan Campus Challenge
The Gift of Life Michigan Campus Challenge is the "nation's largest college organ donor drive competition!" Basically, colleges across Michigan compete to see which college can sign up the most organ donors! It's a great way to use college rivalry to save lives. This year, Wayne State University won! Congratulations to them!
The Nintendo Switch
The Nintendo Switch is finally here! The Switch is considered by Nintendo to be a "hybrid" console. It's designed as a home console with the main console unit inserted onto a docking station to connect to a television. However, the console isn't a big box like others, it's actually just a tablet. Alternatively, the console can be removed from the dock and it will behave like a tablet through its LCD touchscreen, or it can be placed in a standalone tabletop mode to be playable by several people. I'm sure it'll change the game industry!
