Libraries for Life @ Troy High!
Hey everyone, I hope you're all doing well! It's been a very busy past few months with college applications (and I still have a few more months to go!), but I've truly been enjoying my senior year and last year of high school. Anyway, let's get right into it.
2019 Libraries for Life Campaign
It was another great year for Gift8Lives's participation in Michigan Libraries for Life! We saved over 160 lives by signing up twenty new students! Eight THS students were already registered, and fourteen visited and picked up information or asked questions.
The next major event we have planned is Gift of Life Michigan's HOSA Challenge–where high schools across the state of Michigan compete to sign up the most organ donors! We will be discussing this and meeting Ms. Taneisha Campbell (a representative of GOLM) at our next Gift8Lives meeting on Wednesday, November 13th.
